We're hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at Trafilea. What You'll Do

• Architect and scale AI systems in production, including LLM agents and recommendation engines.
• Design multi-agent workflows and AI microservices that operate at scale.
• Transform business problems into AI-driven solutions with measurable impact.
• Ship AI features that improve conversion, retention, and customer experience.
• Build and lead a high-performance AI team, hiring 2-5 talents per quarter.
• Establish MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and scalable AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in high-performance environments.
• 3+ years of experience building and shipping AI/ML systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and frameworks like LangChain.
• Strong experience in designing scalable architectures, microservices, and AI pipelines.
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions tied to business impact.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of MLOps, including deployment and model lifecycle.
• Strong ability to connect technical decisions with business outcomes.
• Advanced English proficiency for effective communication in a global remote team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer technology or eCommerce sectors.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
