What You'll Do

• Own and lead the enterprise innovation and technology portfolio from strategy to measurable business outcomes.
• Build and execute a long-term innovation strategy aligned with organizational transformation and growth.
• Collaborate with executive and IT leaders to convert complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Champion AI, data, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance insight, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Oversee discovery, experimentation, and proof-of-concept initiatives through full operationalization.
• Define and track innovation metrics, adoption, ROI, and benefits realization.
• Build and manage strategic vendor and technology partnerships.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high-performance team leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in innovation leadership, product/portfolio management, or senior program delivery.
• Proven success leading an organization through a major AI and Data Strategy transformation.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Design Thinking, or recognized AI/innovation programs.
• Azure, AI, Data, or cloud platform certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver full-lifecycle enterprise technology initiatives with measurable ROI.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and modern data platforms.
• Executive-level communication, financial acumen, and change leadership expertise.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in technology.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in AI and data analytics.
