What You'll Do

• Drive cross-cutting initiatives that are strategically important for shaping the product vision across the organization.
• Collaborate with various departments to learn about our products and the organization, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Lead, strategize, and implement complex program-level initiatives that affect multiple organizational units.
• Partner with stakeholders to address market needs and balance roadmap priorities effectively.
• Maintain product roadmaps that align with overall business strategies, incorporating customer and community feedback.
• Set your own goals based on given topics, proposing and implementing solutions across relevant departments.
• Gain product-related experience and domain knowledge, with the opportunity to lead a specific product domain.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management within a software product environment.
• 7+ years in a Product Lead function, with a strong understanding of leading visions and strategies in an international context.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in founding and leading a business in a competitive software market.
• Ability to network within a complex organization and identify key personas across solutions.
• Strong interest in technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing and implementing solutions to complex problems.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, particularly in a C-level environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Application Security and SaaS Software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
