.NET + Python Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented .NET + Python Developer remote to join our dynamic team at Deutsche Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end solutions that meet business needs efficiently and reliably. Your expertise in both .NET and Python will be crucial in achieving our business goals.

What You'll Do

• Develop software solutions using .NET Core and Python technologies.
• Understand problem statements and provide effective solutions leveraging available technology options.
• Support the implementation of common architecture and strategies, ensuring adherence to bank-wide standards.
• Design and conceptualize new complex business solutions, including proof-of-concepts.
• Collaborate with engineers to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues on applications.
• Conduct peer reviews and assess solution designs, considering business and functional requirements.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance component availability and performance through automation and a DevOps mindset.
• Serve as a functional specialist within a regulatory reporting value stream.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development using .NET and Python.
• Strong working experience with .NET Core 8/10, C#, and Blazor.
• Proficient in Python fundamentals, libraries, and data structures such as pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with analytics and generative AI/LLM skills, including prompt engineering techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work autonomously and in virtual teams across diverse cultures.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP ABAP development and CI/CD pipeline setup.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with tools like GitHub Copilot and performance optimization techniques.
