SEO Expert - Remote Position at AirAdvisor

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Expert remote to join AirAdvisor, a fast-growing startup dedicated to helping air travelers receive the compensation they deserve for flight disruptions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world while making a significant impact in the TravelTech industry.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and website promotion strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and opportunity analysis to identify target search terms.
• Build and execute local search strategies using citation building and local listings.
• Optimize website content, ensuring on-page elements like meta tags, headings, descriptions, and internal linking are optimized for target keywords.
• Create dedicated landing pages and optimize all on-page elements for target keywords.
• Develop link-building outreach programs through relevant content, social shares, and networking.
• Perform technical SEO audits, analyzing website architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability to identify and fix technical issues.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on SEO experience in the EU, UK, and/or US/Canada markets, preferably in the TravelTech or LegalTech sectors.
• Strong experience in implementing AI-Driven Optimization projects in all aspects of SEO.
• Proven track record of raising organic traffic and improving business metrics such as CPA and ROI through SEO activities.
• Technical proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
• Expert knowledge of on-page and technical SEO best practices.
• Experience with link-building outreach programs for topical, recent, and evergreen links.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for auditing and fixing common technical problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
