We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product ecosystem, which serves both end customers and internal teams. What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for both internal tools and customer-facing experiences as a Senior Product Manager remote.
• Define and evolve the long-term vision for products that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough research and data analysis to deeply understand customer needs.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to build product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to guide product decisions and tradeoffs.
• Contribute to technical discussions and collaborate with engineering on solution design and strategy.
• Iterate on product features based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, especially in consumer-facing products.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products across multiple life cycles.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance long-term product strategy with short-term execution.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around product-related technical decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in data-informed product environments with experimentation frameworks.
• Background in operational or manufacturing-adjacent software.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
