Senior Product Manager - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear product specifications, epics, and user stories for the development team.
• Lead the agile development process by managing the product backlog and prioritizing features effectively.
• Act as the primary liaison between the development team and key stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market analysis to implementation and commercialization.
• Participate in shaping the go-to-market strategy and assist with product launches to ensure user adoption.
• Serve as a technical consultant, leading research and prototyping of innovative technologies.
• Create and maintain essential product documentation to track value realization over time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in an IT and/or Healthcare setting.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst role within an agile software development environment.
• Strong experience in developing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI calculations.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Exceptional ability to gather and interpret complex business needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to facilitate productive conversations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Visio, and SharePoint.

• Experience in the Care Delivery sector is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in managing remote teams effectively.
