What You'll Do

• Lead visual design projects from concept to delivery with a strong product mindset.
• Create moodboards, look & feel explorations, and early visual directions.
• Translate UX flows and wireframes into polished visual systems.
• Design modular components and scalable design systems.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, UX, and development partners.
• Prepare clean, well-structured, developer-ready Figma files.
• Support Webflow builds or developer handoff workflows.
• Present design work internally and in client-facing settings.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Product-focused visual design experience, particularly in web and digital products.
• Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Webflow experience or familiarity.
• Experience partnering closely with developers during build and QA.
• Client-facing presentation experience.
