Workday Test Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Workday Test Manager remote to join our team and lead end-to-end testing across Workday implementations and enhancements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in testing and a passion for ensuring high-quality delivery across functional and integration workstreams.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the Workday test strategy, approach, and governance.
• Manage all phases of testing including SIT, UAT, regression, and release testing.
• Coordinate testing across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Integrations workstreams.
• Oversee test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Ensure effective test data management and environment coordination.
• Manage stakeholders and provide regular test status reporting.
• Support Workday bi-annual releases and ensure regression coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and quality assurance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on Workday programmes.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience managing large-scale or multi-country testing programmes.
• Strong knowledge of test management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail.
• Knowledge of defect tracking tools and test automation frameworks.
