What You'll Do

• Create and schedule engaging social media content tailored for dating and social audiences.
• Write compelling copy that resonates with users and drives engagement.
• Conduct influencer outreach campaigns to expand our brand's reach.
• Develop community engagement strategies to foster user interaction.
• Test and analyze paid social ads on platforms like Meta and TikTok.
• Generate viral-worthy content ideas that capture attention.
• Track performance metrics and engagement to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Availability to commit 30+ hours per week for 3 months in a fully remote setting.
• A college degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or at least 1 year of social media marketing experience.
• A passion for dating apps, social networks, or consumer social products.
• Strong understanding of what makes content go viral.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial setting.
