About the Role

Join Aura as a Senior Software Engineer - Native Apps (remote) and contribute to our mission of creating a safer internet. In this role, you'll be part of the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Platform Experience & Growth team, responsible for enhancing the core Aura user experience through innovative mobile applications.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain native applications using React Native, focusing on onboarding, dashboard, and security features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable features that support rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct thorough testing and deployment processes to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Utilize your expertise in mobile development to mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in mobile development.
• Expert proficiency in React Native, Redux, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Experience with full-stack development using Node.js and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing native apps for iOS or Android.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
