About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Business Manager (Consultant) remote to support our enterprise client's artificial intelligence team. This is a high-impact, non-traditional Business Manager role designed for a strategic operator who can step into ambiguity, self-onboard quickly, and begin delivering value immediately. This role goes beyond standard business operations and administration. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted thought partner to senior stakeholders, helping drive clarity, decision-making, and momentum across a fast-moving, AI-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Operate as a strategic business partner to senior leaders within the AI Marketing teams.
  • Drive clarity and forward progress in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments by identifying gaps, surfacing insights, and proposing solutions.
  • Lead and support high-visibility initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • Develop and refine executive-level content, including strategic presentations, leadership readouts, and materials for internal and external speaking engagements.
  • Support strategic framing and storytelling related to Copilot, AI initiatives, and the broader competitive AI landscape.
  • Read the room effectively and contribute with confidence in senior-level discussions, offering thoughtful perspectives and recommendations.
  • Self-onboard quickly with minimal hand-holding, proactively building context and relationships across the organization.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • Prior consulting experience required (or strong preference), with the ability to ramp quickly in new environments.
  • 8+ years of experience working as an external-facing consultant for an enterprise-level organization in Business Management, Chief of Staff, Program Management, or Project Management roles.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic operator rather than a purely tactical executor.
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity and noise, quickly identify priorities, and focus teams on high-impact work.
  • Familiarity with the AI and productivity technology landscape, particularly Copilot or adjacent tools.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time to enable efficient and effective decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting Microsoft teams or working within large, enterprise technology matrixed organizations.
  • Background supporting marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market teams.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in high-visibility or fast-paced environments.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary tailored to reflect your unique skill set and relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k matching.
  • Education reimbursement and wellness allowances.
  • Community and philanthropic events.
  • Flexible career paths with opportunities for growth.
