Senior Principal Software Engineer - Integration and Test (Remote)

What You'll Do

• Lead integration and testing efforts for complex software components in both development and operational environments.
• Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, and hardware engineers to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Develop and execute software installation, integration, and acceptance test procedures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate future integrations.
• Utilize your expertise in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 8 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years, or a PhD with 4 years.
• Experience with integration and testing in Unix and Windows environments.
• Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 6 months of employment.
• Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong communication skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
• Current applicable SAP access.
