Senior Product Manager - Machine Learning (Relocation to Abu Dhabi)

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager - Machine Learning to join a leading organization in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead the evolution of enterprise Machine Learning and MLOps. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in building a sophisticated MLOps platform from the ground up, starting with vendor selection and driving the project through to full-scale completion.

What You'll Do

• Lead the entire MLOps lifecycle across the organization, ensuring a robust and scalable platform.
• Translate complex enterprise needs into a world-class ML product strategy.
• Architect a centralized modeling platform that empowers Data Science teams to develop, deploy, and monitor models with unprecedented speed and safety.
• Define the target operating model and prioritize cutting-edge platform capabilities that deliver massive business value.
• Act as the primary bridge between elite Data Science squads and risk departments, serving as the go-to expert on model governance and operational excellence.
• Balance platform innovation with the immediate demands of a diverse portfolio of AI projects.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product and platform management with a proven track record of delivering at scale.
• Deep expertise in managing ML and MLOps products as your core discipline.
• Strong understanding of ML concepts and MLOps principles across the entire development lifecycle.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies with certifications such as CSPO or SAFe preferred.
• Elite communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and simplify complex technical roadmaps.
• Natural leadership ability to manage teams and drive a culture of quality.
