End User Training Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an End User Training Specialist to join our team at Motorola Solutions. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the contiguous United States while delivering essential training to our service partners, employees, and customers. As an End User Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that users are equipped to effectively utilize and maintain their Motorola Solutions products.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver engaging training materials for various LMR, Body Worn Camera, and software solutions.
• Conduct training sessions across North America, ensuring high levels of knowledge transfer and student satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Training Consultants and other teams to enhance training strategies and materials.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage logistics for training delivery, including hardware and software requirements.
• Travel up to 75% for training events, both domestically and occasionally internationally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; public safety experience preferred.
• Prior experience in Professional Commercial Radio (PCR) or Land Mobile Radio (LMR) is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for teaching and instruction.
• Familiarity with Motorola Solutions technology and business programs such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.

Nice to Have

• Training Certificate from a recognized certifying body.
• Experience in creating training content and evaluating training programs.
• Previous teaching or instructor experience.
