What You'll Do

• Execute and support core HR functions, including recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, both locally and internationally.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Collaborate with local HR teams across multiple countries to ensure alignment in HR processes and policies.
• Support the implementation of HR programs, including performance management and compensation & benefits.
• Source candidates and build strong talent pipelines, particularly for international hiring.
• Maintain and update HR data and ATS systems, preparing regular reports for management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of HR experience for mid-level candidates; 4–7 years for senior-level candidates.
• Experience in at least one core HR function, such as talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Strong command of English for daily global communication.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in international recruitment or global hiring.
• Basic understanding of labor laws, especially in multi-country contexts.
• Familiarity with ATS or HR systems.
• Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
