Generalist HR Advisor - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We're hiring a Generalist HR Advisor to join our dynamic team remotely. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment while working from anywhere. As a Generalist HR Advisor, you will lead end-to-end people operations using modern HRIS platforms and Microsoft 365 to foster employee engagement and a high-performance culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex Employee Relations (ER) cases, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with UK Employment Law.
- Spearhead recruitment strategies, managing everything from job board attraction to onboarding.
- Act as a strategic partner to managers by providing data-driven insights through monthly HR KPI reporting and workforce forecasting.
- Drive organizational change by updating HR policies and supporting performance management cycles.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Generalist HR Advisor or HR Officer with a solid understanding of UK Employment Legislation.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards accreditation is highly desired.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams) and experience with sophisticated HR Systems/HRIS.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume sickness absence management and capability processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
