About the Role

SalesCloser.ai is excited to announce an opening for a Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) remote. This pivotal role will lead and scale our global GTM strategy, ensuring our products are effectively positioned, launched, and adopted throughout the customer lifecycle. As a Director of GTM, you will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive measurable revenue and customer impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for SalesCloser.ai.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to translate roadmap and releases into clear positioning and GTM plans.
  • Work closely with Sales to create playbooks, training, and competitive insights that enable success.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure campaigns and messaging align with product value and target segments.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Define and optimize GTM performance metrics, including adoption and revenue contribution.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment before, during, and after product launches.
  • Build and manage GTM processes, timelines, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or revenue strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional product launches with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and customer journeys.
  • Expertise in positioning, messaging, and translating product capabilities into customer value.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of a second language considered an asset.
