About the Role

You will work closely with our Growth and Creative teams to develop high-impact visuals that drive user acquisition for our innovative mobile apps.

What You'll Do

• Transform insights into compelling ideas that resonate with our audience.
• Create standout static and motion graphics for user acquisition and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to produce high-quality work.
• Leverage AI tools like Nano Banana, Veo3, Sora, and Kling to enhance your creative process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile advertising and social media to ensure our designs are cutting-edge.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine your designs and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics or creative production, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Ability to translate data insights into visually impactful concepts.
• Experience with mobile ads or user acquisition is a plus.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating generative AI models into production workflows.
