As an IT Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and establishing connections with new and existing clients.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and reference new and existing clients to build strong relationships.
• Develop business plans, including long-term strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Implement sales strategies and configure business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Identify potential new opportunities and partnerships to enhance our service offerings.
• Manage client expectations and demands effectively.
• Oversee the sales cycle for projects and services, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Draft proposals, tenders, and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate closely with operations and HR departments to maintain effective internal communication.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of engineering business and digital transformation.
• Preferred technical university degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics with a technology component).
• Desirable experience in the consulting sector.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
• Experience in financial and commercial analysis and management.
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively within a team.
