About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our team at Altherr, specializing in luxury watches and jewelry. This Sales Manager role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while building long-term customer relationships and providing personalized and digital consultations.

What You'll Do

• Engage in personal and digital customer consultations to enhance client relationships.
• Drive sales of luxury watches and jewelry, showcasing your expertise in the premium market.
• Work independently, including on Saturdays, to meet sales targets and support marketing events.
• Utilize your enthusiasm for watches and jewelry to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support events and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Experience in premium or luxury sales, particularly in watches and jewelry.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to present confidently.
• Excellent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a modern, flat-hierarchy environment.
• Passion for luxury watches and jewelry, with a strong understanding of the market.
