Senior Industry Principal - Remote HR Transformation Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Industry Principal (Director) - Remote to join our dynamic team at Infosys BPM. In this pivotal role, you will lead business development for our Hire to Retire outsourcing services, working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Your expertise will drive our success in engaging with clients and delivering transformative HR solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead responses and proposals against client RFXs as a domain expert, collaborating with solution design, program management, and digital solutions teams.
• Build strong relationships with CHROs and HR leaders, acting as a trusted advisor in HR outsourcing and transformation projects.
• Engage with client leaders to understand their needs and address them in proposals, ensuring high-quality submissions.
• Participate in senior governance teams for service transitions and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Create and deliver high-quality content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase Infosys thought leadership in HR.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support the unit's goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; 16+ years of experience in HR outsourcing and transformation.
• Strong sales, relationship management, and account management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Hire to Retire HR functions and trends in HR outsourcing services.
• Proven track record of providing CHRO advisory services and delivering value-added outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work across varied time zones and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong proposal presentation and delivery skills.
• Experience in leading Analyst RFIs and Surveys.
