Business Development Manager - Airlines (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager - Airlines (Remote) to join our team at Ant International. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the aviation and travel sectors to drive growth and enhance client relationships. As a key player, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchant accounts within the aviation economy and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for a targeted portfolio of EMEA headquartered airlines.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and secure new airline merchant customers while managing existing accounts through value-based selling.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Antom’s payment stack, articulating the value of our tailored solutions for airlines and travel platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and ensure superior client implementation experiences.
• Maintain authoritative knowledge of trends in the travel and aviation sector, using insights to position Antom as a leading partner.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales and account management, specifically targeting airlines and large market travel accounts.
• Deep understanding of payment, operational, and growth challenges in the travel and airline sector.
• Experience selling complex solutions to C-suite executives and decision-makers in finance and payments.
• Ability to operate effectively as an independent contributor, managing a strategic pipeline with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
