What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and testing of embedded software for electronic warfare applications.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and scientists to achieve program goals and deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative work environment across various geographic locations.
• Participate in laboratory and field tests to collect and analyze data, ensuring successful execution of prototype demonstrations.
• Utilize your expertise in signal processing algorithms, real-time embedded software, and statistical modeling to drive project success.

Requirements

• Master's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• High proficiency in C/C++ and Python/MATLAB, with a strong background in embedded development.
• Experience leading a technical team and managing customer interactions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with FPGA development using Verilog or VHDL.
• Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
