About the Role

We are searching for a dedicated Real Estate Appraisal Technician to join our expanding team at Euroval. This remote role allows you to leverage your expertise in property valuations while working collaboratively with a dynamic team. As a Real Estate Appraisal Technician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our service quality and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed appraisal reports for various property types in compliance with ECO 805/2003 regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and quality standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored appraisal solutions.
• Utilize internal tools and methodologies to ensure accurate and efficient valuations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives provided by the company.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture.
• Experience in similar roles is highly valued.
• Strong teamwork and customer orientation skills.
• Proactive approach to adapting to new challenges.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on results.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with property appraisal software.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets.
• Additional certifications in property valuation.
