About the Role

You will work closely with client leadership to drive measurable outcomes, making a significant impact in the mental health sector.

What You'll Do

• Own the growth strategy and execution for a key client in the mental health space.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner at the leadership level.
• Build comprehensive roadmaps to drive acquisition across various channels.
• Report on key performance indicators and what matters most to the client.
• Utilize Claude as a core part of your workflow, integrating it into your daily tasks.
• Communicate clearly with executives and stakeholders.
• Think beyond traditional SEO as a channel and explore innovative growth strategies.
• Work in a fully remote environment with minimal oversight, requiring Pacific Time overlap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SEO, growth, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of taking growth ideas from inception to measurable business results.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with executives.
• Experience with pipelines, automations, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
