Senior Electrical Engineer - Remote Opportunities with Relocation

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bechtel Corporation. What You'll Do

• Lead the planning, development, coordination, and review of engineering work within a global business unit.
• Supervise the technical work of discipline engineers, specialists, designers, and drafters.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and career development discussions for your team.
• Prepare discipline estimates and work plans in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with client representatives to obtain approval on phases of work.
• Review and approve key engineering drawings and calculations.
• Ensure engineers receive appropriate on-the-job training for their professional development.
• Promote a work environment that fosters communication, teamwork, and innovation.

Requirements

• A recognized bachelor’s/master’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 13 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure, power, oil and gas, and manufacturing projects.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical system studies using ETAP/EasyPower software.
• Proficient in short circuit, load flow, motor starting, and voltage drop calculations.
• Experience with international codes and standards, equipment sizing, and vendor print reviews.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

Nice to Have

• Site experience in electrical engineering projects.
• Knowledge of inter-discipline coordination and construction practices.
• Experience with emergency diesel generator sizing and grounding techniques.
