Senior Director of Brand and Communications - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director of Brand and Communications to join our team at Fieldguide. This remote position offers the chance to shape the future of our brand as we establish a new state of trust in global commerce and capital markets. As the Senior Director of Brand and Communications, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our brand clearly communicates what Fieldguide does, who it serves, and why it matters. You will lead the brand, content, and customer advocacy functions, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Demand, Sales, and Product teams.
What You’ll Do
- Evolve Fieldguide’s brand positioning, messaging architecture, and narrative to ensure clarity and consistency across all channels.
- Own the visual identity and brand system, setting creative direction for campaigns and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Oversee brand content strategy, including website, core messaging, and long-form content that supports brand credibility and revenue goals.
- Build a strong customer advocacy engine, including case studies and proof points to elevate Fieldguide’s market presence.
- Lead and develop a small, high-impact brand team, setting clear priorities and managing agencies and freelancers as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in defining, creating, or scaling a product category, particularly in B2B SaaS.
- Track record of building brand systems and narratives that scale with the business.
- Experience marketing AI-driven products or platforms, with the ability to explain AI value in practical terms.
- Senior leadership experience in brand, content, or product marketing.
- Comfort operating in environments with incomplete information and evolving strategies.
