What You'll Do

  • Lead the commercial strategy and supplier ecosystem for the gaming vertical, developing partnerships and negotiating high-value agreements.
  • Identify growth opportunities across gaming verticals and collaborate with product and regional commercial leaders.
  • Negotiate new supplier agreements and renewals to secure favorable commercial terms.
  • Manage strategic relationships with content providers, platform vendors, and technology partners.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives across pricing models, promotions, and partnership structures.
  • Lead and mentor commercial managers and analysts, establishing clear goals and performance metrics.
  • Act as the primary external liaison for key suppliers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform commercial decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or procurement within gaming or closely related digital entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record of negotiating high-value commercial agreements and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of gaming products, player behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Experience working in regulated markets and complex multi-jurisdiction environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial judgment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial strategy.

Nice to Have

  • Experience across multiple global gaming markets or fast-scaling international operators.
  • Exposure to platform/content integrations or gaming technology ecosystems.
