What You'll Do
- Lead the commercial strategy and supplier ecosystem for the gaming vertical, developing partnerships and negotiating high-value agreements.
- Identify growth opportunities across gaming verticals and collaborate with product and regional commercial leaders.
- Negotiate new supplier agreements and renewals to secure favorable commercial terms.
- Manage strategic relationships with content providers, platform vendors, and technology partners.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across pricing models, promotions, and partnership structures.
- Lead and mentor commercial managers and analysts, establishing clear goals and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary external liaison for key suppliers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform commercial decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or procurement within gaming or closely related digital entertainment industries.
- Proven track record of negotiating high-value commercial agreements and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of gaming products, player behavior, and market dynamics.
- Experience working in regulated markets and complex multi-jurisdiction environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial judgment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial strategy.
