Content & Communications Associate - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Content & Communications Associate - Remote to join our dynamic team at Parity. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to build the core infrastructure behind blockchain technology. This position allows you to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to the growth and innovation of the Web3 ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Draft and format engaging content for social media, blog posts, and external communications to effectively convey Parity's messaging.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create and adapt technical and product-related content.
• Manage the content and social media calendar, ensuring timely publishing across various channels.
• Coordinate content assets, including copy and visuals, and publish updates across Parity’s platforms and website.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform content planning and strategy.
• Support PR activities by preparing press materials, conducting media research, and coordinating outreach efforts.
• Track basic content performance metrics and assist in reporting on content effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven ability to write and edit clear, structured content in English, adapting tone for different audiences and channels.
• Experience working with technical subject matter, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with evidence of managing multiple content tasks or workflows.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final content outputs.
• Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated through consistently accurate and well-structured written work.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Experience with social media management tools like Buffer or Typefully.
• Proficiency in tools such as Notion, Figma, or analytics dashboards.
• Experience in tracking content performance or reporting.
