Lead User Acquisition Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Ruby Labs is hiring a Lead User Acquisition Manager to join their Product department. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located in Ukraine, the European Union, Moldova, or Serbia (within ±4 hours of Central European Time). As a Lead User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition strategies and managing campaigns to grow the company’s user base.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to drive growth.
• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals focused on user acquisition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition.
• Proven track record of successful user acquisition campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Nice to Have

• Membership in Discord, YouTube, or Telegram communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
