What You'll Do

• Utilize large-scale datasets from Adobe Analytics and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to create a unified, 360-degree view of digital performance, site activity, and revenue outcomes.
• Act as a "data translator" by converting vague business requirements into intuitive dashboard layouts and visualization components that allow users to gain insights instantly.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards that provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights into digital performance.
• Author complex Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and measures to support dynamic analysis and ensure data integrity.
• Partner closely with internal teams to understand their business needs, translating high-level questions into technical requirements and user-centric visualizations.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to align on data requirements and design transformation pipelines within GCP (BigQuery), handling complex business rules and high-volume clickstream data.
• Build and optimize Power BI data models that transform raw, disparate data into clean, validated, and reusable datasets.
• Implement and maintain rigorous data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence / Data Visualization.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including complex DAX and data modeling.
• Experience with digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with web clickstream data.
• Experience with GCP / BigQuery.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with Adobe Analytics implementation or reporting.
• Experience building/maintaining data transformation pipelines in GCP.
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control.
• Experience using JIRA for project and task management.
