Marketing Manager - B2B Demand Generation & Product Marketing

About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to join our team at Haut.AI, a leading AI infrastructure platform for skin health. This Marketing Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to drive B2B demand generation and product marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create personalized beauty experiences for global brands, retailers, and clinics.

What You'll Do

• Execute B2B demand and lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and outbound sequences.
• Support and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to drive qualified leads.
• Contribute to PR and content initiatives that position Haut.AI effectively in the market.
• Support event activities, including research, coordination, and outreach to drive meetings and pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Sales on outbound campaigns and target account outreach.
• Manage content calendar and publish engaging content across LinkedIn and relevant platforms.
• Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused B2B copy for various marketing assets.
• Execute outreach and nurture campaigns to generate discovery calls and meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, MarTech, or e-commerce.
• Experience executing demand generation and lead generation campaigns across various channels.
• Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management, especially on LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging B2B content.
• Basic experience with paid media campaigns and a willingness to optimize them.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing leads.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
