What You'll Do

• Own and advance the go-to-market strategy for data center solutions, focusing on hyperscale, colocation, and emerging AI-driven facilities.
• Serve as the voice of the market, translating customer needs and regulatory constraints into actionable strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of data center customers, including hyperscalers and cloud service providers.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to inform product roadmaps based on market needs.
• Create segment-specific messaging frameworks and sales enablement tools to support the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in electrical equipment or data center infrastructure.
• Demonstrated understanding of data center electrical requirements, including medium- and high-voltage power distribution.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with 800VDC distribution and solid-state transformers.
• Experience in AI-driven data center growth and its implications for power density.
• Exposure to long-cycle, engineered-to-order sales environments.
