About the Role

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team at GiveYu. As a Machine Learning Engineer remote, you will play a pivotal role in developing AI-driven solutions that enhance our data capabilities across Germany and Europe. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute to exciting projects from anywhere.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Work with large datasets for training, validation, and optimization of models.
• Build solutions in NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and MLOps workflows to ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to drive AI initiatives.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of machine learning systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with model deployment and MLOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
• Knowledge of statistics, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with big data tools like Spark and Hadoop is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
