HRIS Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HRIS Analyst remote to join our team at Matrix Medical Network. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specifically focusing on the iCIMS applicant tracking system and UKG. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to our mission of delivering comprehensive in-home health assessments.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary system administrator for iCIMS ATS, ensuring configuration accuracy and user access management.
• Collaborate with the HRIS Manager to support other HR systems, including UKG payroll and performance management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors or internal IT for resolution.
• Monitor data interfaces between iCIMS, UKG, and other HR systems to ensure synchronization.
• Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance recruiting workflows within iCIMS.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes, leveraging system functionality.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to support business decisions and compliance.
• Provide training and support to HR and Talent Acquisition teams on iCIMS and UKG usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HRIS experience, with at least 2 years in iCIMS and UKG administration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in iCIMS, including configuration and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare or home health industry.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of APIs and HR system integrations.
