What You'll Do

• Lead the restaurant team to achieve financial success through effective management of operations and people development.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and local laws.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of management-level crewmembers.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency within the restaurant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new technology systems.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Some college education preferred.
