About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to join our team in the food processing industry. This Quality Control Manager role offers a unique opportunity to establish and implement quality control policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards in our production processes. As a Quality Control Manager, you will oversee operational programs and direct quality control inspections, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Establish and implement quality control policies and procedures for our food processing operations.
• Conduct and supervise operational programs to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Direct quality control inspections and evaluate daily operations to maintain high standards.
• Plan and manage the departmental budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend machinery replacements as needed.
• Hire, supervise, and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques.
• Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring proper functioning of production systems.
• Utilize MS Office and other tools to read blueprints and drawings for effective planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and GMP.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong judgment capabilities.
• Ability to work in a rural area and willingness to relocate if necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Outlook.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
