Private Equity Reporting Specialist - Remote Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Private Equity Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic Client Reporting Team at UBS. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leading industry managers and explore the dynamic landscape of alternative investments, including Private Equity and other Private Markets.

What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent client service across our products throughout the lifecycle of private markets portfolios.
• Prepare quarterly client reports, ensuring a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and compliance with Private Equity industry standards.
• Complete data entry and perform ongoing data maintenance to support the management of funds within internal systems.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather, validate, and reconcile data for reporting and related processes.
• Respond promptly to client queries and provide professional support on portfolio performance, valuations, and report content.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries related to third-party investment funds and mandates, delivering high-quality responses and solutions efficiently and effectively.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy, contributing ideas to further streamline workflows.
• Leverage AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and drive innovation as an integral part of your role.

Requirements

• 3+ years of financial industry experience, ideally including investment funds.
• Product management experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Private Equity performance measures is preferred.
• Collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently.
• Strong willingness to learn on the job; proactive self-starter with a keen eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to learn and prioritize multiple tasks at once and meet challenging deadlines.
