Performance Marketing Manager - Remote Focus on SEA & Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at morefire. This remote position focuses on SEA and analytics, allowing you to leverage your expertise in a data-driven environment. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing performance strategies that drive real success for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of SEA campaigns, ensuring they are effectively managed and continuously improved.
• Design and monitor tracking setups using GA4 and Google Tag Manager to maintain a clean data foundation for optimizations.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable strategies and insightful dashboards using tools like Looker Studio.
• Stay ahead of the curve by testing new platform features and integrating AI to enhance SEA and analytics.
• Evaluate the true contribution of SEA to overall success and optimize campaigns based on various attribution models.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing SEA campaigns, particularly with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of web analytics tools (GA4 and/or Matomo).
• Technical proficiency in Google Tag Manager and a solid grasp of data flows and feed management.
• Holistic mindset with an understanding of the customer journey and a willingness to take responsibility for broader strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, capable of engaging at the C-level.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and working on innovative solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools in marketing.
• Familiarity with additional analytics platforms.
• Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
