About the Role
Web SEM Online is seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing remote team. As a Paid Media Specialist remote, you will navigate both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, ensuring high-performing campaigns across platforms. What You'll Do
- Implement and manage campaigns across both Meta and Google, ensuring a cohesive strategy between social awareness and search intent.
- Conduct daily account management, including keyword mining, negative list updates, audience refining, and creative testing.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze creative performance and pivot strategies based on findings.
- Prepare monthly performance reports that provide actionable insights rather than just a list of numbers.
- Identify opportunities to scale spend profitably, optimizing bid strategies effectively.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years of hands-on agency experience managing both Meta and Google Ads.
- Proven experience with the full Meta stack, including Campaign Budget Optimization and Pixel/CAPI setup.
- Solid experience with Google Search, Standard Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Strong ability to interpret data in GA4 and utilize Excel/Google Sheets for trend analysis.
- Excellent written English skills with the ability to write high-converting copy for various funnel stages.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and troubleshooting conversion tracking.
- Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce and managing Product Feeds in Merchant Center.
- Experience building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards.
