About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Organic/Performance Content Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will produce high-quality content that drives engagement and performance across various platforms. As an Organic/Performance Content Designer, you will work closely with marketing and paid media teams to create compelling assets that resonate with audiences. This position allows you to work remotely from the Philippines while collaborating with a global team.

What You'll Do

• Create static and video assets for social media and paid ads.
• Utilize tools like Canva and AI image/video generation platforms to produce content quickly.
• Iterate on creatives based on performance feedback to optimize results.
• Manage multiple content requests and deliver assets on tight timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in content design or creative roles.
• Strong experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Experience with AI image and video generation tools.
• Ability to produce content quickly and independently.
• Strong design sense and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design or video editing.
• Familiarity with AI video platforms like Veo.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles.
• Experience working with US-based clients.
