Motion Graphic Animator - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Animator to join our remote team at Anything Design. As a Motion Graphic Animator remote position, you will create clean, purposeful animations across a variety of client projects, from product UI motion to brand animations and explainer content. This is an exciting opportunity to work with ambitious teams in emerging tech and Web3, contributing to high-quality design without the hassle of coordinating multiple vendors.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality motion graphic animations for a variety of client projects.
• Collaborate with designers to develop motion languages and animation guidelines.
• Produce animation specs and references for developer handoff.
• Work across multiple projects at a time, managing your own deadlines.
• Contribute to motion standards and best practices within the studio.
• Deliver work quickly, iterate on feedback, and maintain quality under tight timelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Proficient in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals.
• Able to work from a design brief as well as take creative initiative.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workflow.
• Able to work at speed: delivering quality output quickly, iterating fast, and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.

Nice to Have

• Familiar with Figma and able to work alongside product designers.
• Experience with Spline or 3D animation tools.
• Familiarity with Lottie or Rive for web and app animation.
• Familiar with Unicorn Studio for interactive web experiences.
• Exposure to Web3 or tech product environments.
• Comfortable overlapping with US and/or European time zones.
