Web Designer - Marketing Pages and Landing Pages

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team remotely. This Web Designer role focuses on creating marketing pages and landing pages that drive conversions. As a Web Designer, you will collaborate with our Tendem project team to develop visually appealing and effective web designs that align with our brand.

What You'll Do

• Design high-converting one-pagers and landing pages based on provided briefs and existing drafts.
• Translate brand assets into responsive web layouts that can be easily implemented by developers or no-code tools.
• Prepare production-ready files, ensuring all assets are organized and specifications are detailed for seamless handoff.
• Maintain visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social media materials.
• Verify layout quality standards, ensuring responsiveness and adherence to modern web trends before delivery.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in web design, UI design, or digital marketing design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, marketing websites, and product one-pagers.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating scalable web layouts and design systems.
• Expertise in structuring high-converting layouts with a focus on clarity and spacing.
• Understanding of how to prepare digital assets for implementation via developers or no-code platforms.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above.

Nice to Have

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Experience with cross-platform consistency in design.
• A structured, user-centric approach to design.
