Mid-Senior UX/​UI Designer - Remote to Dubai

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team at Puffy. This UX/UI Designer remote position offers you the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with our Dubai-based team. You'll be at the forefront of AI-powered e-commerce design, utilizing advanced generative AI tools to create exceptional user experiences that drive customer conversion.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using Figma and other AI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-first methodologies into design processes.
• Conduct user research and testing to refine design solutions.
• Develop design systems that enhance customer touchpoints across product pages and checkout flows.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work with measurable business impact.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components and Dev Mode.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI design tools like Figma AI, Midjourney, etc.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing chat or guided-selling flows.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.2 and foundational SEO principles.
