Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT Operations team. This Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer remote position focuses on managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain virtualized environments using VMware (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter).
• Manage and support HPE ProLiant servers (DX360, DL380) and iLO.
• Operate and maintain enterprise storage solutions, including Dell Unity and HPE StorageWorks platforms.
• Support and manage network infrastructure, including switches (Cisco, Aruba, Dell) and SAN environments (Brocade).
• Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and security using Zabbix and Wazuh.
• Manage and execute backup and recovery processes using Veeam and Veritas Backup Exec.
• Ensure endpoint protection using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

Requirements

• Experience working in Data Center / Infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware), storage, and backup solutions.
• Experience managing enterprise hardware (HPE, Dell) and networking equipment.
• Familiarity with monitoring and security tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple infrastructure layers.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Nutanix environments (Prism).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2016 and email security platforms (McAfee Email Gateway).
