Mid-Senior UX/​UI Designer - AI-Powered E-commerce

About the Role

We're hiring a Mid-Senior UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team at Puffy, where you'll work remotely to start and eventually relocate to Dubai. This UX/UI Designer role focuses on AI-powered e-commerce design, allowing you to leverage advanced generative AI tools to create exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design user interfaces that enhance customer engagement and drive conversion rates.
• Collaborate daily with our Dubai-based team using tools like Figma, Slack, and standups.
• Integrate AI-first methodologies into your design process, utilizing tools such as Figma AI, Nano Banana, and Midjourney.
• Conduct research and testing of new AI design tools to keep our practices at the industry's cutting edge.
• Work on high-impact design experiments that will significantly influence our product offerings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in web design, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work with measurable business impacts.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and Dev Mode.
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI design tools and a passion for AI.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and present research findings.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing chat or guided-selling flows.
• Comfort with A/B testing and understanding its purpose in design.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 and foundational SEO principles for e-commerce.
