About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at GrowthAssistant. This is a remote position where you will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns and ensuring operational excellence. What You'll Do

  • Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage HubSpot email campaigns, including templates, personalization tokens, list segmentation, and complex workflows.
  • CRM Management: Set up and maintain Salesforce campaigns for events and webinars, ensuring correct member statuses, lead associations, and accurate reporting.
  • Lead Flow & Integration: Ensure registrations flow seamlessly using Wistia forms, HubSpot static lists, and Salesforce integrations.
  • System Monitoring: Actively monitor campaigns for broken forms, failed syncs, or routing errors, and proactively resolve technical bottlenecks.
  • Data Hygiene & Routing: Maintain lead routing workflows to ensure prospects enter the correct nurture flows and SDR queues without delay.
  • Project Management: Manage requests within JIRA, triaging tasks, clarifying scope, and maintaining transparent timelines for stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Document recurring issues and suggest infrastructure improvements to maintain high-quality campaign standards over time.
  • Cross-Functional Syncs: Coordinate with design, copy, and events teams to gather assets and unblock campaign launches.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (building emails, workflows, and multi-channel campaigns).
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce campaigns, lead association, and data validation.
  • Ticketing Mastery: Comfort working in a structured environment like JIRA to manage tasks and documentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional "eyes-on-the-ball" mindset to catch errors before they affect global campaigns.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive Mindset: Organized, independent, and capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability: Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced Salesforce experience (workflows, custom reports).
  • Experience with Gong Engage, Wistia, or Clay.
  • Background in B2B or advertiser-facing marketing programs.
  • Experience running campaigns for global or multi-region audiences.
