Marketing Generalist - Remote Opportunity at Esusu

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Generalist to join our team at Esusu, a leading financial technology company dedicated to building credit access for all. This remote position allows you to contribute to our mission of transforming financial health and identity services. As a Marketing Generalist, you will play a crucial role in crafting clear and compelling stories that resonate with our diverse audience. Your work will directly impact our efforts to reach renters, real estate partners, and financial institutions.

What You'll Do

• Support campaign execution across various channels including email, social media, website, and paid advertising, ensuring timely and on-brand delivery.
• Manage day-to-day marketing operations such as updating website content, coordinating asset requests, and assisting Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing Ops managers.
• Create clear marketing materials such as one-pagers, landing pages, nurture emails, and social media copy tailored to different audiences.
• Coordinate partner and event support, tracking deliverables and measuring ROI on key initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure stakeholders have the necessary resources.
• Prepare performance reports on key campaigns, helping the team understand effectiveness and areas for optimization.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B, fintech, or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, and Figma.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content.
• Experience executing campaigns across at least two channels (e.g., email, social media, website).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Alignment with Esusu’s mission and a genuine interest in financial inclusion and impact-driven work.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with global or distributed teams.
• Background in both B2B and consumer-facing marketing efforts.
