About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Account Manager Remote to join our dynamic team at Indigo Marketing Agency. As a Marketing Account Manager Remote, you will play a crucial role in guiding marketing strategies for independent financial advisors across the United States. This position is not just about managing tasks; it’s about building strategic relationships that drive results.

What You'll Do

• Lead client relationships via email, Zoom, and phone, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and manage monthly marketing strategies and calendars tailored to client needs.
• Oversee content creation, email marketing, editing, compliance approvals, and deployment.
• Provide strategic marketing recommendations to enhance client performance.
• Monitor SEO performance and keyword rankings to optimize client visibility.
• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, pushing clients to execute best practices.
• Identify growth and upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure a high client retention experience through proactive engagement and support.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Marketing Strategist.
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in email marketing, social media, and lead generation.
• Proven experience overseeing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Experience using AI to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Comfort solving complex issues primarily via email.
• Financial services experience is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Certifications in digital marketing or related fields.
